How we work
Unlike many of our competitors, we rely on a true agile process that allows our partners to be fully involved in the development throughout the project lifecycle and continuously align the implementation with the product vision. At the end of summer 2021, Artem and Tobias founded their own company pargoo, with the goal of supporting startups and innovative SMEs in the development of cutting-edge software. The two tech nerds met in a successful Swiss logistics startup where they worked together for several years, Artem as a software engineer and Tobias as a technical product manager. With pargoo, the two are turning their vision of successful nearshore software development into reality. Artem is on-site with development team and Tobias takes care of the customer project management. After one and a half years, pargoo has already grown to over 15 team members and can rely on internal IT experts in various fields. Due to the valuable startup as well as cooperate background, pargoo knows exactly on which basis and with which processes an idea has to be transformed into an outstanding software solution that can scale successfully and sustainably.
